Radiesse®

Radiesse® is a biocompatible injectable filler used to address various signs of aging. Radiesse® restores volume to depleted or hollow areas of the face and body like the under-eyes, temples, and cheeks. It also smooths the appearance of lines and wrinkles like smile lines, nasolabial folds, and vertical lines around the lips. Radiesse® can also be used on the back of the hands and other areas of the body that lose volume with age.

Radiesse® injections are quick with no downtime. You receive a smoother and plumper appearance in less than an hour. Before your injections, your provider will cleanse and sanitize the treatment area. Your injector will then mark areas of the face or body to map out a plan to reach your desired aesthetic. Your injector might also administer a topical numbing cream for additional comfort before they begin to deliver Radiesse® with a fine, sterile need underneath the skin. You may notice an improvement directly after your injections and can continue your day as usual.

Radiesse® injections require very little recovery time. You may experience redness, swelling, and minor bruising at the injection site that will subside over the next few days. You should avoid vigorous exercise for 24 hours post-treatment to evade excessive swelling.

You will notice Radiesse® results immediately after your injection. After the filler is injected, you will receive the benefits of enhanced collagen production for weeks afterward, as Radiesse® functions from the inside to rebuild healthy skin cell structures and produce a refreshed and more youthful-looking appearance.
