After your treatment, you should expect a little bit of swelling and slight redness like a tiny mosquito bite, but it resolves in about 20 minutes. Botox is the perfect lunch hour treatment! Avoid heavy exercise, salty foods, alcohol, rubbing or touching the area, lying face down in a massage chair, and sleeping face down for about 4-6 hours to prevent excessive swelling.
